The Goal?
Have as much fun as Possible!Last Tuesday we headed over to Farney (Mike) and Marylee's new place in Hercules (Its only about 20 minutes away) to have a play date with Issac and Miriam. Issac is growing up so fast. Like Holly he is walking now, a little wobbly but certainly able to hold his own and get around with a big sister to chase. He is the Spitting image of his dad!It is amazing how grown up Miriam is and she is only just over two. She is talking up a storm, and so big. She is so good with the little ones too. Sharing her toys, and playing very gently. Marylee says she was having a good day though, and she isn't always so accommodating.Holly was having so much fun in the playroom, there were so many toys for her to play with. She loves the puzzles, and had a great time with the blocks. There was a little kitchenette that she had fun with too. I'm amazed with two little ones Marylee is able to keep it so organized.See this little cart. Holly loved pushing it around the playroom, even took it into the living room and onto the carpet. She has a new obsession with pushing things. Well in the next picture is a little train. At first Holly pushed the train, and then Miriam was so excited she sat down and wanted Holly to push her, but she lost interest, and found the cart. the rest of the afternoon Miriam tried to find ways to get her back interested in pushing the train. It was so cute. She did it once, but they ran into something and she got stuck, so she wasn't able to go any farther. She was off to explore the rest of the house. They just finished this deck out back, and there is an old play set in the back yard from the owner (they are renting) but we didn't get a chance to go out and play on it. On this particular day Marylee had to have the AC Guy over and the girls were checking him out int he back yard working. Here is Holly trotting over through the living room. I love this little skirt, it has built in shorts, and was a little outfit sent over from Holly's granny. I thought the pink and lime went really well together. Here Miriam is dancing for Holly, she was so good at wrangling her and getting her to come back into the playroom when she wandered off through the rest of the house. There was a huge staircase in the house that Holly really wanted to climb. before we left I let her climb up and slide back down, but Miriam did a good job of keeping her entertained otherwise. One other thing of note, was this really cool magna-doddle. Holly still puts crayons and paint in her mouth, and doesn't really get the notion of coloring if she isn't eating her art supplies. But with this, she simply takes one of the stamps and presses it on the surface and wallah like magic there are black marks on the surface. Then once she is finished, you simply erase and start over. There is also a pen that once she is more sophisticated she can use it to draw. I will have to get her one of these.

I love MagnaDoodle! Lot's of fun and no mess - woohoo! Their house looks nice and big and I can't believe how much bigger and TALLER Issac and Miriam are since the last pictures you have of them. What a difference they are growing up fast.

Looks like Holly had a blast as usual I absolutely LOVE her skirt, that is adorable. I bought her two dresses with matching hats and pants for her birthday but I keep forgetting to post them I am so sorry. I hope they will not be too small. I will post them soon I promise! x

I should have said matching panties not pants - I forgot that means trousers over there. Hehe x
