Game Day

A few weekends ago we had a play date with Naomi, Madelyn, and Jacob. It was both a play date for Holly and for the Parents. Jacob is an avid board game player, and Joel and I got to play games while Holly and Madelyn played.Unfortunately I was so preoccupied with leaning a new game and playing I didn't really get that many pictures of our fun play date. Here we are playing a game called X?X?X?X?XWhile we were playing, so were Naomi, Madelyn and Holly. Happily clanging away in the kitchen on the pots and pans. She had so much fun with the whisk. There was of course a really fun playroom as well. Madelyn had some of the coolest toys. Lots of wooden toys, puzzles, blocks, and they even got to play with the cool wooden bread and fruit and veggie platter and cutting board that we got Madelyn for her birthday. This was a really cool toy. A little riding bee. It was mostly wooden with a plush and comfortable seat for riding on. The girls had a blast pushing it around the room, and later she even climbed onto it and pushed herself around a teeny bit. We can't wait for the next play date, we had lots of fun playing games.

Oooo game day, what fun! Love the pics of the kids playing with pots and pans, one of Sams favourites at my mums house. Spatulas are a fave, lol. There's that wooden fruit and veggie toy again yay! You were right there was no need to buy it for Holly. That Bee toy is so cute! I was going to say the same as Granny about Hollys hair lol. It is getting very long. Lovely!
