Impromptu Playdate

Here we are having an impromptu play date with Sarah and Chloe. The weather was cold and the girls wanted to play!I was trying a new look on Holly, she was hot but because the weather was cold I didn't want her to get sick. These onezies have the neatest images on them but when you wear pants it cuts them off. I hate that, but it also means she never gets to wear them. So I decided to try the leg warmers, I think in the end I am not the biggest fan of this look, but it was cute for an at home play date.Sometimes I put tights on under the onezie, that looks better but isn't always comfortable, she tries to take off the "socks" which don't come off.She has some play cheese from her kitchen and she has been using it to ask for cheese to eat. Chloe's mom always indulges her, so she keeps handing her the cheese. We set up Holly's Christmas train for a while and she had a lot of fun playing with it. The girls liked watching it go around and around. We have since packed up the train as it was taking up a lot of floor space, but I am sure it will be back out again.I love this next series of pictures, Sarah and Holly are really sweet. They have this new thing they do where they lay down and look at each other. They will smile and giggle, point at each other's cheek's sometimes go head to head it is so adorable, its like they are having a conversation. When one lies down the other follows suit, which makes for some adorable pictures. I love how much they have bonded with each other. They initiate games, chase, and hide and seek. Though they sometimes take toys from each other, they also share toys and food, making offers to the other.Holly will be eating puffs and then hand the container to Sarah, then later Sarah will give Holly a puff to eat. They are being thoughtful. Its amazing seeing there personalities emerge. Sarah and Chloe are very head strong, which is funny, because I thought Holly was as well. But in comparison she is pretty laid back and nine times out of ten if they take a toy from her she is happy to find another toy to play with, she doesn't mind sharing it.Unless she has an elaborate plan, if her scheme gets interrupted then she gets frustrated and mad, but she will come to Mommy upset. The other girls usually notice this and give her the item back, which is an interesting strategy, where as in the case of Sarah and Chloe, neither want to give up the toy and they end up in a stand off.Its been wonderful for the three of us to spend so much time together lately. It is good for Holly to make such close friends, her social interaction with them is amazing. And the girls are also getting really comfortable with the other mommies too, we all watch all three of them, when shopping or playing, one runs off and whoever is around chases. it has been great.

I think she looks like a dancer in the onesie/leg warmers combo! She's always cute! And the three musketeers look like they are enjoying each other as always!
