Recipe Exchange Playdate

This was a fun little play date hosted at Teagan and Rowan's houseThe concept was that each family would bring a dish that the kids enjoyIncluded would be the recipe for the dish and we could all share some good foodAnd exchange Recipe's for our own later dinnersI wish I had gotten some pictures of all of the yummy food people broughtWe brought one of our favorites (Me and Holly that is) Tuna NoodlesShe is a huge pasta fan and it is a chance to get her to eat some Fish/Meat/ProteinWhich is often quite the challenge. She really likes it.I make it rather flavorful one time I added chopped onions from Tandoori chicken that was super yummy and gave it a curry spicy twist.I often add pesto and other herbs. Sometimes walnuts and applesDepends on what I feel like and what we have in the house. The kids spent most of there time playing. This house is super kid friendly so we don't have to be very careful with supervisionWhich lets us mommies spent lots of time chatting and on this day eating. We had a great time and always enjoy parties and play dates at Teagan and Rowan's.

What a fun idea for recipe sharing, that way you can try the dish too, to know you like it! Holly looks so cute in that outfit! love, Granny
