Kensington Park

Here we are at a new park in Kensington. Isabel found it for us.The view is amazing, the park itself is huge but the playground area was smallThe climbing structure was in one area and the swings in anotherThere were sidewalks connecting the two area's so the kids could ride Sara's bike on itThe structure was fun and Holly actually was climbing up and down on it herselfBeyond the swings was another open area with some benches and tables and glassy areaWe didn't go over to that area but there were people playing some soccerI think there was actually also either a basket ball or tennis course as well nearbyRating:
Slides - 1 - Just regular, but they were good
Swings - 1 - Yes, but in a separate area from everything else
Surface - 1/2 - There was some mulch, grass and sidewalks. But it was muddy in many areas
Shade - 1/2 - Not really but it was very breezy because it was in the hills
Climbing - 1/2 - There was a basic structure you could climb on but nothing special
Parking - 1 - Parking was nearby down a little path not too far
Bathrooms - 1/2 - There were some but they were far away and locked during most hours
Distance - 1/2 - It's not that many miles, but it is up in the hills so it takes a while to get there
Friends - 1/2 - There were some other kids there, but not a lot.
Fun - 1- We had fun, we would go again but it was a new place we wouldn't go every week.
