Summer Fun

I realize that it is September and School has started back and the summer is over. But it just seems to have gone by so fast, and hardly feels like we had a summer at all.I'm torn, as I don't really like the hot weather (I might melt) and prefer the fall.On a summy day I might burn to a crisp, even Holly gets cranky in the heat. But we didn;t go to the beach once this summer. Well I take that back, we went to the park near the beach a few times. But we never really went swimming in the water. We only had the baby pools out a few times. And it just seems that just as the summer was getting started and we had a few warm daysAll the outdoor pools and lakes are closed now during the week. Here we are having fun at one of our favorite parks.Chloe is so cute swinging on the bar, she is a little monkeyHolly has fun playing in the sand, hair up to keep cool. Here the girls are swinging on the tire with Katherine, I can't beleive they are big enough now to do it on there own.Time has gone by so fast and every day they look and act a little bit older. They are getting taller and bigger and talking more, they say the darndest things.Chloe is always saying "Thank You Very Much Holly" when Holly gives her toys (and when she takes them)Holly is saying "Yes" and "Hi" and "Mine" and "Me" She asks, "Go Coco's House?"They are so good at taking turns, they hardly ever fight with each other, they love to share. They are so curious, and have little plans and schemes, they also have experiments. One of Holly's favorite it rolling things down ramps and slides. It is just so much fun at this age whent he days are long and the world is in our palm.

Holly looks SO grown up in jeans and pigtails! I hardly recognize her!
If you wish for more hot weather...just come visit Granny, Nana, Oma and Opa, Papa and Gramma! It's always summer here in Florida! We'll take you to the beach!
I can't wait to see you...soon!
Love, Granny
