Riding Through The Park

Here are Holly and Sarah playing at the doggie park as we call it.Officially its "Willard Park" for those of you who might want to check it out.I love this park for all of the shade and lovely breezes. Also there are always Doggie playdates going on in the afternoon on the lawn just outside the fenced in playground. The girls love watching the dogs run and chase each other around and we often go and visit and pet a few.Another great thing about this park is all of the left toys. This wagon actually belonged to someone, but there are riding cars and bikes and sand toys all around.Since everything is normally free game to play with, the girls have a tendency to play with anything that is there.Luckily all of the parents are usually very happy to share as long as they get there toys back at the end of the day.So to that end we took the girls on several rides all around the park but mostly Holly liked to climb in and out of the wagonShe liked the buckles and she liked being taken for a ride. She especially liked it when Sara was riding in the wagon with her. Sara liked climbing in.There were lots of other things to play with too, like this Hoola-HoopHolly found a second one to share with Sara, she is always so considerate like that.Sara found something even better for the girls to play with. The step RocketHolly was eager to show her just how it worked since she had played with one before. There were two and the kids who they belonged to were happy to share as long as everyone took turns.Holly had the most fun putting the rocket back on, and then watching one of the other kids stomp up high.At the time she wasn't so good at it yet and could barely get the rocket air born.It was back to the wagon for front row seats, at least she was extending her neck to look upwards. The girls had a ton of fun at the park, as they always do together.

How fun to see Holly and Sarah! They are so cute together. Looks like a wagon will be just what you need when Holly has a baby brother or sister!
love, Granny
