Floating through Storyland

Next door to Rapunzel's Tower was Storybook Village. Here there was both a train and a boat rideThe girls were super excited about the train ride, it was something known and comfortableBut the boat ride was super exciting, as we got to see everything up closeHolly was excited and since she had ridden the train already only a little nervousBut I did have to coax her to give it a try. Once she did and we set sail she was thrilledThe miniatures were so beautiful, and the water was cool and peacefulThere were several tunnels throughout the canals, which Holly was excited byShe would cheer, "Into the Tunnel, out of the Tunnel" as we went throughHere was Aladdin's lamp, just past his palaceThe home of Snow White and the Seven DwarfsThis is Cinderella's home and the prince's castle up on the hillAdorable little villages and beautiful archwaysHere you can see the train passing by in the distanceThis little village may have been the home to PinocchioHolly liked all of the bridge's and waterways Joel liked the landscapingQuilt patch succulents lined the rolling hillsHere a pirate lair, and even the underwater kingdom of ArielThis was definitely a highlight of the first day.
