We love the Silliman Center, it is so much fun
Especially since it is indoors, this makes it great for all year swimming
And we don;t have to worry about sun burn.
The only problem is that it is about a 40 minute drive to get there.
So when we make the trip down, we want to make the most of our day.
Sadly, on this particular day we arrived to find out the pool heater was broken.
We decided to go swimming anyways because it was a warm day outside
The pool was cold, the lazy river was warmer
But Holly preferred to stay in the play area.
Chloe was simply not a fan of the cold water at all.
Poor Baby did not want to play, she was simply too cold.
Tyler also joined us at the pool, he was doing great in the water.
Like us, his parents were doing ok with the cool water.
Joel was a little cold too, and was worried about Holly.
He was afraid she would get too cold but not even realize it.
A few times her lips almost looked blue. I wasn't cold though
But too make Joel happy I was sure to take her out of the water for a few warm up breaks
It wasn't hard to do, since Chloe barely went into the water at all.
Holly was happy to take a break and eat a snack as often as needed.
We didn't stay as long as we would have liked, but we still had a fun time.
We were still tired, it always wears us out when we go swimming
But it is certainly one of our favorite things to do. Peek-a-boo!
