IKEA

A few weeks ago we met friends at ikea!  It was both sad and wonderful, sad that many of these great friends that we once saw 2-3 times every week we are now lucky to see once in 1-2 months, but wonderful that the friendship lasts the test of time and the girls play together like they last saw each other yesterday.  Here is to hoping to see more of each other and making these fun play dates a regular event!

A New Adventure for Mimi

Mai must think we are crazy.  She joined Kathy and I for a fun Ikea play date but man oh man she was not used to letting Mira run around and play at a store in the way we do at ikea.  The kids really do make themselves right at home, climbing into the beds, playing with the toys, flipping through the books, hiding in the closets and making a huge mess.  We ensured her the girls do eventually clean up after themselves and since they have never actually broken anything the staff doesn't mind, we come a lot and almost always spend money.  The kids of course had an excellent time.
