Next door to Rapunzel's Tower was Storybook Village. Here there was both a train and a boat ride
The girls were super excited about the train ride, it was something known and comfortable
But the boat ride was super exciting, as we got to see everything up close
Holly was excited and since she had ridden the train already only a little nervous
But I did have to coax her to give it a try. Once she did and we set sail she was thrilled
The miniatures were so beautiful, and the water was cool and peaceful
There were several tunnels throughout the canals, which Holly was excited by
She would cheer, "Into the Tunnel, out of the Tunnel" as we went through
Here was Aladdin's lamp, just past his palace
The home of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
This is Cinderella's home and the prince's castle up on the hill
Adorable little villages and beautiful archways
Here you can see the train passing by in the distance
This little village may have been the home to Pinocchio
Holly liked all of the bridge's and waterways Joel liked the landscaping
Quilt patch succulents lined the rolling hills
Here a pirate lair, and even the underwater kingdom of Ariel
This was definitely a highlight of the first day.
