I'm still catching up on blog posts from before our trip to new york. A few days before we left, we found that the weather was weird and we needed something to do. Holly wasn't really in the mood for the park but she was getting a little stir crazy at home. So we called Isabel and Sarah to see what they were up to.
They were heading over to the farmer's market near Point Richmond and asked if we wanted to join them. We quite enjoyed ourselves last time so we headed out. We arrived just as things were getting started.
I found my favorite fresh ravioli and cheese vendor and purchased some fresh pastas. There was also a booth with yummy pies that Isabel always gets so i decided to pick up a half pie. It was mixed berry, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry I think, and tasted amazing.
Since it was veggie box day I didn't go crazy on the other stuff because I thought it might be in the box. I did get some fresh corn on the cob and nectarines. But on this day there were not a lot of other babies or dogies, Sarah's favorite thing to watch and the kids seemed to be getting bored. So we decided to head over to Sarah's to play.
Holly was happy to get to run around and play in a new environment, but she wasn't wanting to be outside because the weather was in transition. So it was nice to hang out and chat while the girls got into trouble. It was a relaxing afternoon and we quite enjoyed ourselves.
