Fun @ The Zoo

Recently on a trip to the zoo Holly ventured out and rode some of the ridesShe has previously been to short to ride these beforeTechnically she still is, but on this day the staff manning the booth didn't mind the missing inchWe also rode on the Carousel which is always funShe is such a champ and can almost ride on her own nowEspecially if she has a little strap to help keep her in placeAfter stopping at the rides we headed into the zoo itself and had some lunchWe checked out the gift shop to see the fun toysThe girls were fast to get there hands into everythingThen we were off to check out all of the animalsThe giraffe's were really popular on this visitA lot of the animals were hiding away in the mid afternoon heatBut the giraffes were grazing and very visibleIn the water near by there were even some ducksOn this day Chloe's Grandmother her Lola joined us on our visitThe girls really liked the monkeys too they were swinging in the treesAnd making lots of noise trying to get our attentionIt was a fun afternoonBefore heading home we stopped for one last ride, it was a great day.
