So its been a very busy summer here in California
If you could call it summer that is, the key I have found is layers.
One day it is hot hot hot beach weather and the next we are wearing jackets and it is 55 degrees out.
With Summer brings Birthday party Season, and boy has it been a busy one.
These are photos from the ever so fun Birthday Party of Miss Teagan!
I will have to find out the date of her actual Birthday from her Mommy, but she celebrated turning THREE with all of her friends on 5/2
The Party was held at Pump it Up, which was such a treat for us. holly not only loves this place,
But had the opportunity to enjoy it with a bunch or 2 and 3 year olds. No big kids to worry about.
That certainly made a big difference in her ability to play on her own without much supervision.
She loves to bounce and jump, but she is not the biggest fan of the very large slide. In fact,
I think it is these very slides that have contributed to her fear of slide in other realms.
Miss Teagan on the other hand in quite the sliding pro and had a great time flying down.
Holly was coaxed to go down the slide on Daddy's lap with her BFF Chloe, see doesn't it look like she had fun?
She loves climbing up the ladder to the slide, the struggle is when she is at the top and about to go down.
Here she is on the obstacle course, which Mommy actually completed with her twice.
She is getting to be so big and can climb up the side almost completely on her own now.
Here is Chloe and Eric going through the obstacle course, Chloe wasn't the biggest fan.
But I think she still had a lot of fun, Daddies make all the difference.
Here is Joel and Holly going down a mini slide, this one wasn't as steep so she didn't mind so much.
We were happy to see miss Maya in attendance. She was a little weary of all of the jumping but she warmed up to it.
It was a surprise to see Ian and his Mommy Sarah, she had been finishing up classes and it had been months since we have seen them.
Little Ian isn't such a little guy any more. Sachi was quite the dare devil and jumped right into the action.
And Tyler was ready to play. He liked to watch what everyone was doing and then found his opportunities.
I think going down the slide with Daddy was definitely a highlight of his day.
Sachi went down with her Daddy too, but I think it was more for him, I have a feeling she would have went on her own too.
She was fearless, and climbed and went into the obstacle course all by herself. She was a good climber.
Here the Girls are playing Ball with Angela, Maya's Mommy. Another nice thing about it being a party,
There was plenty of room for all of the parent's to climb into the bouncers with there kids.
Taking a break from all of the jumping, Holly and Chloe take turns rocking on the horse.
Chloe wants a ride from Holly, but I don't think there is enough room for them to sit together.
She loved sliding with Daddy, some days she is Daddies girl, and it is all about Daddy doing everything with her.
Holly had quite enough of the slide and was happy to continue rocking on her own.
So her Daddy decided to go down the slide all by himself, like a said - party for the parent's too!

And there we all are! Hooray! The poor staff guy had about 8 camera's to juggle so we could all get a picture.
Then it was time for Pizza and Cake. Holly loves Pizza and we had quite a few slices.
Chloe is a fan too, but Holly I think can eat 2-3 skinny slices on a good day herself.
Here the girls are hanging out in the Princess Chair, the little rascals climbed up into it almost on there own.
The cake was beautiful, I really like the Orange and green together.
It was a great Day and we had such a blast but soon it was time to go the night was young and there is more to come.
This party girl, was just getting started!
