Tyler's Birthday Party 1/30

Tyler had his Birthday Party at this neat place called My GymHere is the Birthday Boy now, what a precious smile on his face!We had never been there before and it was so much fun.There was a really neat climber with ladders and walkwaysIt attached to a really deep ball pit that the kids could jump intoThere was also a trampoline, lots of jumping to be hadHolly had a blast exploring and running and tumbling and climbingHolly was dressed in her party gym best, a leotard and the Tutu tooShe loved going down the slide and jumping into the ballsClimbing the ladder into the platform was neat She liked being up high and looking out onto the partyThe ball pit was super deep, almost like being in a swimming poolThe two of them had a great time tossing in the many loose ballsHere is Teagan, a fan of the Ball pit as wellThese large balls were so cool they had different weights so some were hard to pushOthers were just filled with air, easy to move from one place to anotherHere is little Rowan up upon the seesaw though lacking a partnerThis was a neat little thing too, chair, slide, balance beamHolly was getting such great PT walking across on this ladder holding tight to the railsShe was so active and busy trying every gadget availableHere is Angelina and Tyler sitting in Circle timeAt various times through out the party they had facilitated activitiesSinging songs, including Happy Birthday in circle time was a favoriteNot that I could get Holly to sit still when there was so much other fun stuff to doDancing around and signing is so much funShe is a sly one :-)Here is little miss Chloe, of course she is sitting in Mommies lap singing right along.There was a really fun game played next with all of the bouncing ballsIf I recall they all went pop, pop, pop and there was a song to be sung.But it was so fun just to run and kick and throw them all around tooHolly is getting to be so good at ball, her aim is getting better and better all the timeOf course she is better at catching the big ones rather then the little ones hereAnother game with the pom pom hanging all around Holly loved to swing themAngelina was a fan as well, shaking and spinning and running through the freyThe tube was a lot of fun too, rolling a ball through and crawlingThe birthday boy was having a blast with all of his friendsHere is Chloe and Teagan dancing up on the platformAnd then it was time to ride on the zip line. Holly LOVED this, it was a blast!I even have a video of it here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T5ZAapbNN0UWe only were able to take two turns on the zipline though, everyone had to have a chance to ride.They also set up a little obstacle course which was a lot of funHolly balanced and the rolling mats like a champThere was a hanging bar too, Holly loved swinging on it. She actually "jumped" to the bar, as it was out of reachI have a video of her doing it here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5D4l9_NoayYTeagan had fun climbing on the balance beam and rolling the balls aroundThe bar was another of her favorite things to do thoughOnce she learned she could do it she she wanted to try over and over againBut she was coaxed away to ride the seesaw with ChloeBoth having a splendid time at the celebrationHolly loved the zip line so much that they allowed her to "ride" it the big kid way tooShe held on tight and whooshed, giggling all the wayHere Holly and Rowan play togetherThe next thing that was set up by the facilitators was this really neat Bolster swingIt is so neat how versitale the space isHolly loved this swing too, and at last one final video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tKEONNaSBhgAll the hanging cords works to turn the space from one thing into another a hanging swingA forest of pom poms, This swing was especially fun tooAfter that it was time for bubblesA game that everyone always lovesThe kids ran in circles popping here and there chasing the bubbles through the airLook at the smile of hers, she was having such a wonderful time.Next it was time to wrangle all of the kids for a group shot, at best we couldThen it was time for pizza, it seems like a lot was done and in truth it wasBut the time went by way too fast and Holly wanted to play even moreThough she did share a bit of pizza with Mommy. I think it was hard to focus on food with a fun play area right thereThe promise of cake however made it easier for her to waitAnd it was certainly a beautiful cake at thatWe all sang Happy Birthday once again to Tyler, the Lucky boy.And everyone enjoyed a yummy piece of cakeHere is Rowan, and Sachi sat with chloe and Holly when she had her cakeHolly mostly liked the frosting thoughSuch a little mess she made of it.Here is Chloe just finishing her snacksAnd little Theo and Holly the first in line to play for a few final minutes, But alas it was time to go.
